MEET KATE
Kate E Young, the daughter of two ex-government analysts landed her first starring role in the independent short film "The Domestics" produced by Red Hat Productions. After moving to New York from Texas she began working steadily in student films and small independent short films, as well as new media projects. In addition to acting, Kate is a trained singer and has just recently began the process of writing and recording her own music.
Known for Law and Order SVU, Harlem (Amazon), and the award winning indie film, Standing Up, Falling Down with Billy Crystal. She also wrote, produced, and starred in a dark comedy pilot called Temps that has screened in over 20 festivals internationally.
